The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has officially announced the postponement of all intermediate examinations scheduled for Tuesday, May 28, 2025, following the Sindh government’s declaration of a public holiday in observance of Youm-e-Takbeer

According to a spokesperson from BIEK, the affected papers have now been rescheduled for Friday, May 30, 2025, and will be conducted at the same examination centers and timings as originally assigned.

As per the updated schedule:

• Botany Paper-I for the Science (Pre-Medical and General) groups, originally set for 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM on May 28, will now take place on May 30 during the same time slot.
• The English Normal Paper-I and English Advanced Paper-I, which were to be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on May 28, will now be held on May 30 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

The board has emphasized that no changes will be made to the exam venues, and candidates must appear at their assigned centers. Students are instructed to bring their existing admit cards, which will remain valid for the rescheduled exams.

This move ensures that students can observe the national holiday while maintaining the continuity of the examination process. Students and parents are advised to stay updated through the official BIEK communication channels for any further announcements.
